Patrick CooneyManaging DirectorPatrick was born and brought up in Suffolk taking his Law Degree in Bristol. He has previously worked in Essex and Suffolk initially as a general practitioner undertaking a varied caseload but in the last 20 years as a property lawyer handling a very wide range of Commercial and Residential Conveyancing. Patrick has been with the practice since 1995 and became a partner in 1997. He has a responsibility for overall supervisions of all property work handled by the firm including all the Residential Conveyancing both freehold and leasehold, mortgage work, equity release and transfers of equity. His principal area of work is in Commercial property and he has extensive experience of business sales and leases.
