Based in Felixstowe & Woodbridge, the practice offers a variety of services to both individuals and businesses.
We specialise in all areas of property and private client work including Residential & Commercial Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
The practice was originally formed in 1988 and was known as Michael Stephenson & Co. A subsequent partnership gave rise to the firm of Fairweather Stephenson & Co which the current Managing Director, Patrick Cooney, joined in 1995.
The practice has operated from its premises in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe for many years and continues to increase its client base under the new name of Fairstep Solicitors. We offer a wide range of legal services which can be found on our services page alongside details of our dedicated team.
