Domini has worked in Conveyancing for 25 years, starting in-house for a major housebuilder and then moving into private practice working for small and larger nationwide firms.

She has experience of dealing with a variety of matters including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Auction, Right to Buy, Transfers of Equity and Shared Ownership.

She joined Fairstep in August 2025 as a Technical Advisor providing technical support and advice to the Residential Team to assist with moving matters forward to completion.

In her spare time Domini enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music wherever she can, travelling and likes to keep fit with regular morning walks, weight/HIIT classes, Pilates and has recently started wild water swimming. She can also be found in the warmer months driving her mini with the roof down enjoying the lovely weather.
