Charlene was born and studied in Cardiff, where she began her legal career in 1999 on a training programme with a top 100 law firm. She quickly progressed to a supervisory role within the firm’s Lender Services Division, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and leadership early in her career.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in conveyancing and property law, Charlene has developed extensive expertise across a broad range of transactions. She has held a variety of roles throughout her career, further strengthening her depth of knowledge and practical insight. Charlene has also valued her time working within a local firm specialising in Private Client and Family Law, giving her a well-rounded perspective when supporting clients.

Outside of work, Charlene enjoys walking her dog, kayaking in good weather, and spending quality time with her family.
