Laura joined Fairstep Solicitors in May 2026 as a Client Services Administrator, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service, administration and team management.

Laura has been in the retail industry for 16 years. She progressed to an Assistant Manager position, where she developed strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Her experience working closely with customers and colleagues has given her a strong understanding of the importance of providing a professional, approachable and supportive service.

Since joining Fairstep Solicitors, Laura has enjoyed developing her knowledge and experience within the legal sector. She takes pride in supporting clients throughout their journey and ensuring they receive a friendly and efficient service from the team.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly going for walks and gardening. She is also a proud owner of a French Bulldog, who keeps her busy and entertained in her spare time.
